It is important to take the time, to connect with yourself, to de-stress – and calm the mind and to acknowledge and eradicate any fears or concerns – whether this is via a healing therapy, through body work, or scent or a herbal remedy, and often, even just speaking and connecting with another soul is therapeutic in itself!
